Responsibilities:
Prepare sales plans and budget for the Commercial Vehicle(Bus, Turck) and Areas Achieve the Sales Targets per Application and Areas in terms of volumes, turnover and profitability Represent the point of reference for the Sales Operations in Sales Department, sharing practices and policies, and cooperating with Group JVs and Sectors for the mutual benefit in terms of synergies and potential common Customers Capture and Collect information from the Market on competitors/pricing and current and potential needs, contributing to the definition of the product strategy Represent the voice of the Customers in the Company, and work with the other Departments in order to maximize the Customer Satisfaction
Requirements:
University Degree or above 3 years experience in Commercial Vehicle Excellent English skills Strong capability in managing relations with the Customers Strong experience in B2B market and in particular in the Powertrain field Experiences in Foreign Invested Companies, and in dealing with JVs Proved relationships with key actors in the China powertrain market Strong in negotiation Good in presentations capabilities Good in People Management Leadership in change, capability to improve organization structure Strategic thinking, familiar with relevant government policies Ability to observe market trend Brilliant, smart
