Responsibilities:
Consolidate regional monthly HC/FTE/Labour cost report, including monthly actutal & forecast data,and make sure accuracy with Finance system(MIK);
Consolidate regional HR budget, including HC/FTE/Labour cost and make sure accuracy with Finance system(MIK);
Consolidate regional HR KPI budget and monthly follow-up for all entities
Be responsible for all HR monthly report(HC/ FTE/LC/KPI) of China investment company and consolidate HR budget as well
Analyses figures and develops recommendations and measures for performance improvement for the respective area
Improves and implements HR reporting systems
Coordinates, supports and leads regional HR IT projects
Updates, standardizes and manages Benteler AP Org. Manager
Coordinates SAP upgrades/releases in cooperation with Central/regional HR IT
Acts as Key-User for all SAP HR
Provides advice to CIT concerning regional HR IT-strategies and requirements for future HR IT-system design
Be responsible for the recruitment channel set up and improvement for whole China
Any other assignments from the manager

Requirements:

At least 5 years experience as HR Generalist in manufacturing industry;Payroll experience is preferred
HRIS experience is plus
Data base and accuracy is highly appreciated
Good communication skills.
