Responsibilities:
Supporting dealers/OEM in diagnosing complex technical issues both through ASIST or the spot, prioritizing concerns in the local marker for the products of responsibility. Carrying out engine Tear Down to identify the failure root cause
- Support dealers with technical enquiries through the online system and immediate field visits, for Open Marker / OEM / Captive Customers
- Collate and gather information for escalation to the global support teams
- To coach dealers on best practices of repair and use of the company system

Requirements:
Education to National Diploma Level or above
Committed to offer an excellent level of customer support, diesel or LNG engine
Attention to detail
Proven track record of Technical capabilities
Knowledge of the automotive industry and applications
Ability to absorb new information
Inquisitive nature
Willing to work at unsociable hours
Available to travel (20% and at short notice)
