Responsibilities:
Diagnose and trouble-shoot diesel engines(GB-VI) and After Treatment System (ATS) in a variety of vehicles
Interpret engine and ATS operating parameters for acceptable vehicle performance
Answer technical questions from dealers or from Field Service people using personal knowledge, experience, and available reference sources in a timely and urgent manner
Visit field units identified by Technical Support as issues that cannot be resolved by Dealer technicians
Publish detailed field visit report and follow up on any actions that might come from it
Support the writing of troubleshooting procedures and knowledge documents as part of the in-field visit closure to be used as part of the engine service manual
Ensure availability of service tools, technical literature, and diagnostic tools to perform field diagnostics
Delivery to Product Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing to improve reliability and serviceability of the product
To collect and configure emerging issues from field for problem solving process initiation, Identify emerging product issues with the use of Statistical data

Requirements:
Bachelor or Associate Degree 
5 years of hands-on technical practical experience with diesel engines with vehicle or mobile equipment (on-road GB-V Engines and ATS preferred)
Engine electronic control, After Treatment and Engine Diagnostic & Data collection experience (Expert technical knowledge of Diesel Engines preferred)
Direct Customer Support experience
ICT skills：Familiar with Microsoft office
Language skills: Basic reading and writing of English (Fluent Spoken preferred)
Travelling required
