Responsibilities:
Provide marketing support to China management team, joint venture, captive customers and global marketing teams Lead regional strategic planning and marketing strategy development to support business growth, new investment plans and captive customer needs Align with China Sales strategy and key projects to perform analysis and studies on economy, market, competition and technology to understand market dynamics and trends and evaluate new growth opportunities Collect and analyze market data and intelligence, manage database providers, agencies, etc., monitor market & competition activities, and provide regular marketing analysis to China and global management teams Support product marketing and management, as well as product development related research by working closely with sales and engineering teams to manage OEM projects A key interface with global marketing team to coordinate efforts and project management to support china business growth
Requirements:
Bachelor or above in Marketing or related At least 5 years in a similar position Familiar with Chinese engine, automotive, or construction equipment markets Solid market research and analysis experience and skills Strong project management and communication capability Team player in an international environment Good in MS office, especially excel and PPT Excellent communication skills Highly flexible and able to work well under pressure Observes ethics and integrity Well organized, Self-motivated, Open-minded Native Chinese. Excellent English skills
