Location: 南京东路

Responsibilities:
Collect/Analyze/Report Chinese LNG projects information to LNG HQ in Tokyo and other relevant parties.
Lead and organize LNG commercial team to execute the instruction from LNG HQ.
Manage and maintain good relationship with Chinese partners and customers by close communication including the delegation visit from LNG HQ.
Coordinate with other LNG relevant parties to succeed key milestone events.
Develop new LNG business in China.
Invite upper management involvement if beyond manager’s jurisdiction.
Coach subordinates by giving proper guidance/necessary training for a quality team work.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above. MBA preferred.
8 years or above commercial experience in LNG/Energy shipping industry, more than 2 years’ experience in project management.
JLPT-1, professional command of both oral and written Japanese in all situations.
CET-6, good command of both oral and written English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, i.e. EXCEL, PPT and etc.
Strong communications, managerial & leadership skills.
Detailed-oriented & Process-driven; Strong analytical skills.
Work well & effectiveness with various stakeholders.
Proactive and initiative to involve in the business activities.
Aggressive to achieving business target.
Have a high sense of responsibility and positive attitude to complete works in peak season, can work diligently under high pressure.
High adaptability in frequent business trips and various work places.
