Responsibilities:
Provide service support for service engineers, travelling down to solve the problem or/and communicate with relative dep./Headquarters for support if it's necessary Responsible for after-sales warranty claim management and report Lead and manage 24-hours service hot line to provide a timely service response for customers Handle special customer dispute with local deals and minimum impact to our sales Collect relative failure information for severe quality issue and mass production failures and then and submit with analysis for product quality improvement Work together with parts and training team to support domestic and Far East dealers' services to improve local customers' service satisfaction eventually Provide customer marketing survey when needed
Requirements:
Experienced knowledge (Practical and Theoretical) of diesel engines Experienced in field after-sales service Fluent English in listening, speaking and writing Good personnel characteristics and team player 5 years' experience in field technical service of diesel engine and 2 years in after-sales service management
