Responsibilities:
Manage of all related quality matters in order to guarantee quality targets (i.e FTQ, ASSY PPM, etc.) achievement of powertrain plant, and the Customer satisfaction, according with JV and HQ quality policies and requirements
Quality issues Management regarding Manufacturing Process in order to ensure the conformity of the products
Plant Quality System implementation, maintenance and certification ownership
Support to the Plant to achieve continuous improvement targets toward Best in Class standards, using industry best practices in Lean manufacturing system
Guarantee that the quality performance of the powertrain plant will be in line and full compliance with license requirements and Group processes and standards Explore, develop and support the effective implementation of Quality methodologies/policies and ISO standards, according with Group quality policies and requirements
Ensure the right application of the JVs Quality System
Audit the production system and monitor the product performance during life cycle, in order to promote the related corrective action and to ensure product/process continuous improvement
Supervise the quality performance of supplier products and manage plant incoming inspection
Manage, in coordination with Shanghai Office Product Engineering, all the Product Evaluation and Field Quality Management related activities
Provide support to internal and external customers for Quality and Reliability concerns
Quality lab and production gauges management

Requirements:
Experience and ability in working in JV environments
Deep technical knowledge of mechanical components and good understanding of mechanical component production system
Solid knowledge of related quality tools (8D, 6 Sigma, SPC, PPAP etc.), international standards, international Agency standards (ISO)
Familiar with project management tools and experiences in training activities
