Location: 重庆

Responsibilities:
Guarantee that the production outputs meet the quality standards.
Manage the plant's system of objectives and competency indicators to start the necessary corrective, preventive and improvement measures.
Promote and support the introduction of new methodologies for quality improvement.
Supervise the product and process quality standards, providing specialist support and carrying out product and process audit activities as defined centrally.

Requirements:
Bachelor with engine experience or degree in mechanical engineering.
10 plus years of field quality experience is required working on diesel engines.
Must demonstrate technical knowledge of diesel engines.
Must demonstrate troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
Must be able to communicate in English effectively reading and in writing.
