资产处置诉讼事宜，诉讼法律文件准备
房产抵押类产品相关借款合同、抵押合同制定及审核
常规业务合同起草及审核
代理项目法律合规风险管控
Requirements:
法律专业本科或法学专业研究生毕业
3年企业法务工作经验，熟悉房产抵押、处置、法院诉讼、执行流程
工作认真负责，忠诚、敬业
