Responsibilities:
Guarantee sales volumes and profit in the net through: - market’s scout and search of new Customers - define Dealer budgets - define pricelists - manage promotions - manage orders and all the correlate administration activities Give information on products development according to the market requests and guarantee: - benchmark with concurrent - support to Company Product Planning with analysis and related evaluations in the different geographic areas Search and evaluate new Dealers according with the Network Development Head Guarantee Customers satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above majored in Automobile, Machining or Marketinng At least 8 years experience in Commercial Vehicle, preferably in International Companies Strong customer development ability, business sensitivity, good coaching skill of leading people and leading change Negotiation skills Good in Public Relations Significant experience in Engine Business Good in Team management Agree in frequent business trips Good knowledge and analysis skills on product cost composition Good in dealers finance balances analysis
