Responsibilities:
Product / Component concept design
Powertrain in vehicle packaging analysis
Detail design of component and product, including 3D model and 2D drawing
Release drawing in PDM system
Technical document management and maintenance
JV technical support
Sourcing support, supplier technical review and evaluation
Close work with manufacture engineering for process and manufacturability
Tolerance stack analysis and calculation
BOM structure identification, and release process control
BOM creation, release and maintenance
Create, change and modify CID base on release requirement
Change management process operating in cross function team
Communicate with global team for activities design and release related
Requirements:
Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering, internal combustion engine is a plus
More than 3 year working experience and knows the fundamental of diesel engine and sub-system is required
Fluent English in both written and spoken
Proficient in Creo CAD software
Knowledge of tolerance stack, GD&T and FEA
Knowledge of manufacturing process is a plus
Teamwork member, proactive and motive working attitude
