Responsibilities:
Main reference contact to Produce Development team, Customer Mng. and EMS supplier(s).
EMS Project Management according to ISO-TS procedures:
Engine Electronic control system specification definition, including architecture and physical / logical components list (EMS BOM), both engine and vehicle mounted.
EMS release responsible for Application Sign-Off (EMS validation and application installation checks).
Responsible of definition, negotiation and approval of budget planning of projects for EMS department within Product Engineering (included resources availabilities, bench, vehicle, HIL…).
Works to drive systems knowledge and skills into development organization and raise level of capability across all PE departments.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Automotive, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
3-5 years of experience on engine control system development (software or hardware), with strong attitude of project management and activities coordination.
Relevant Project Management Skills and ability to support, guide and review engineering activities (technical requirements, specifications generation and management, SW&HW test planning, validation programs, customer management).
Knowledge of creation, maintenance and improvement on product development processes and documentation. Knowledge of ISO26262, ISO25119, ISO13849 norms is a plus.
Experience in Suppliers’ Management in terms of technical’s & costs.
Effective Customer Management experience.
Strong Communication skills, capacity to work by priority and ability to deal daily proactively and constructively with clients, suppliers, internal colleagues at national and international level.
