Responsibilities:
Defining, for APAC region, comprehensive sets of product and customer requirements for each business area (On-road, Off-road, Marine, Power Generation)
Maintaining and spreading, both APAC and HQ, the know-how of the Sector in terms of Product and Competitors
Support the preparation, development and approval of the CAR, GPC and PR documents
Spreading the knowledge of marketing tools, HQ developed, (i.e. PoST) to support CMC organization in order to improve quality and service level for the Customer
Defining action plans to increase Customer satisfaction and exploring new market and applications opportunities.
Supporting APAC in terms of launch of new engines and sales development
Lead regional strategic planning and marketing strategy development to support business growth, new investment plans and captive customer needs
Align with China Sales strategy and key projects to perform analysis and studies on economy, market, competition and technology to understand market dynamics and trends and evaluate new growth opportunities
Collect and analyze market data and intelligence, manage database providers, agencies, etc., monitor market & competition activities, and provide regular marketing analysis to China and global management teams

Requirements:
Bachelor or above in Marketing or Engines
At least 5 years in a similar position
Experienced knowledge (theoretical and practical) of engines
Familiar with Chinese engine, automotive, or construction equipment markets
Solid market research and analysis experience and skills
Strong project management and communication capability
Team player in an international environment
Good in MS office, especially excel and PPT
Excellent communication skills
Highly flexible and able to work well under pressure
Observes ethics and integrity
Well organized, Self-motivated, Open-minded
Native Chinese. Excellent English skills
