Responsibilities:
Plant production management through
EHS manage: responsible in area all staffs' safety and job health
5S manage: responsible in area 5S activities and staff training
Quality: Guarantee in area operation standardization and comply with OPL, process sheet
Continuous improvement: Process quality FTQ and overall efficiency
Deliverable: Production in time, in quantity 100% accomplishment
Staff management: arrange work position, develop job skills, test on work ability, optimize work shift and time, inspire potency and innovation, encourage corporation, team building
OEE management: monitoring overall efficiency, and continuous improve
Autonomous maintenance: training and lead operator for equipment AM activity
Professional maintenance: training and lead maintenance for equipment PM activity
Support the process improvement in the plants
Support Plant manager for in area cost collection and analysis
Interface Logistic department and ME in order to manage product/process critical concerns
Guarantee the compliance to the production system procedures
Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the plant manager / Company

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above related to mechanic design & manufacturing or electric
Over 3 years work experience
Priority to workshop production experience
Priority to canning, harness, sensors production process experience
Good communication for mediate team working conflict
Good experience of Microsoft office, outlook
Experience of 5s management
Better if English level of reading, written, speaking
