Responsibilities:

Daily management on the incoming team
  Attendance
  Job assignment
  Incoming technician skill development
  Develop the learning ability of incoming team. monthly performance evaluation
Define the effective quality incoming control approach
  Draft the incoming control sheet per each pn according to the drawings
  Draft the incoming control sheet ( for report the control result)
  Coaching the team to follow the controls defined in the control sheet
Incoming implementation
  According to the incoming control frequency, perform the relevant controls for each pn
  Assessment on the control result
Request SQE to feedback the action plan for the nonconformity
Customer interface for zero hour Quality issue and analysis
  Be the reference for customer plant zero hours issue
  Leading the quality issue analysis on the parts nonconformity or assembly issue
  Provide the accurate data on the components related characteristics
  As the result of the quality analysis, propose and monitoring the Kaizen on the assembly process and/or the material section
  Report to engineering on the incorrect design during the quality issue analysis/incoming findings
  SQP management, and 8D report review/certification
  Pushing for the supplier closure via strong count measures
Organize the prototype/sample control
  Implement the incoming requirement defined by development team for new launches supplier/pn
  Prototype/sample incoming controls as defined by development team 
  Share the control data to supplier on the first prototype/samples
Supplier audit
  Potential supplier visit/evaluation
  Suitable Coaching on quality control approach for Potential supplier
  Critical supplier audit 
Organize the quality control on the castings/ machining quality issue analysis
Quality report
  Periodical supplier quality status reporting
  Organize the review with purchasing/manufacturing/design on the supplier performance
  Supplier ranking
  Scrap summary
Quality charge back, for any quality loss caused by supplier issue, manage the charge back activity to suppliers
