Responsibilities:
Assisting project leads:
To understand, define and gather project requirement from different stakeholders to prepare project charters for approval
To deploy projects according to the Group project governance framework, project life cycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control and closing) process and documentations
Leading projects:
To execute according to the project plans, budget and resources
To ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and according to the commitments mentioned in project charters
To constantly communicate, coordinate and document for project status update to all project members and stakeholders involved
Requirements:
Degree holder (Business, Project Management, Information Systems or related disciplines preferred)
Qualification in PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
At least 4 years’ operations project management related experience
Exposure in sourcing or retail industry would be advantage
Experienced in working as project coordinator or project leaders
Experienced driving change in a matrix organization
Good command of written and spoken English, and Mandarin
Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills
Self-motivator who can work effectively and independently with minimal instruction / supervision
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Project)
