Responsibilities:
Lead the cross-functional product team (including Marketing, Market segment, Customer Management) ensuring the achievement of program targets (revenues, cost, time quality, margin, …).
Ensure that programs are run in accordance to FDP(Frontend Development Process) and report work in progress and risk management issues to platform manager.
Contribute to the new business introduction process through the MR0 assessment supporting platform managers in the development of CARs.
Support platform profitability management, both during development programs and after SOP, ensuring that targets are achieved and taking corrective actions through the Platform cross-functional team.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in project management or automotive related.
More than 5 years of experience in project management execution.
Engine and production processes basic know-how.
APQP know how – PMP preferred.
Good negotiation and team management skills.
Good commend of English, both verbal and written.
Proactive and excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
Can work under pressure.
